Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with a strong background in culinary arts, menu planning, and kitchen management. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our customers while also managing food costs and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Design menus that showcase a variety of flavors and ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food supplies
- Monitor food costs to maintain budget goals
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary arts, menu design, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, management, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- English speaking proficiency required
- Must be able to work without accommodation
Salary: 1600$ per month
