Restaurant Manager
Our growing restaurant in Lom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our restaurant, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members
- Create schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profits
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lom without accommodation
