We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lom, India. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and customer service, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. No previous experience is required and accommodation will be provided.

As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating work schedules, managing staff performance, and providing training to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
- Managing financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus that meet customer preferences while maintaining profitability

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English language
