Chef de Cuisine
We are in need of an experienced and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at our restaurant in Sheduva. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your role will involve creating innovative and delicious menu offerings, ensuring high quality food is consistently served, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining food safety standards, and training new staff members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new menu items
- Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Sheduva, a vibrant city known for its diverse cuisine and culinary scene. Candidates from Africa or Canada are encouraged to apply but all nationalities are welcome.
