Executive Chef - Part Time

We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Svalbard. As a part-time position, this role is perfect for recent graduates or those looking for additional work experience. No previous experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training. However, a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Create new dishes and menu items, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and food allergies
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work
