A reputable barbershop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. We are looking for an Indian national who is passionate about hair styling and has a strong understanding of current trends and techniques. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well with others, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Keep up with current hair trends and techniques to offer the best services
- Consult with clients on their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up with inventory of supplies and inform management when items need to be restocked
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, styling, grooming techniques, and trends
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Indian nationality preferred
