Roofing Contract Manager



Our roofing company, based in Atlanta, is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Contract Manager to join our team. As the Roofing Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing contracts, from initial planning and estimation to project completion. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per week and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of roofing contracts, including planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and project completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide accurate estimates
- Manage a team of roofers and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all phases of construction
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, materials used, labor costs, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in roofing or construction management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and use relevant software for estimating and planning
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on job sites

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
