Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Oslo. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational skills. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
- Responding to emails and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for colleagues
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with data entry, organizing documents, and preparing reports
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Salary: 1100$ per month
