Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and contracts
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and building codes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required
