Architectural Technologist - Part Time (Acre, Israel)


We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a part-time position, perfect for students or those with experience looking for additional work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Utilize computer software programs to create detailed 3D models and renderings
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with structural requirements
- Conduct research on materials, techniques, and construction methods to improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in architecture or related field preferred
- Proficient in computer software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position will be $1200 per month.

Location:
The role will be based in Acre, Israel. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are legally authorized to work in Israel.
