Architectural Technologist



An experienced Architectural Technologist is needed to join our team in Acre. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop and implement project plans for building designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, creating detailed technical drawings, and coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for project planning
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of project plans
- Review and comply with building codes and regulations throughout the design process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or changes in the project plan
- Work closely with the construction team to oversee the building process and ensure all specifications are met
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve design processes
