Office Manager (Malayalee / English Speaking) - Nizwa, Oman
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and are fluent in both Malayalee and English.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Handling various office correspondences and maintaining records
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Supervising support staff and ensuring their productivity
- Assisting with budget planning and expense tracking
- Addressing any issues or concerns from employees or clients
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalee and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract job. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
