Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator in Al Buraymi, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials. You will work on various construction sites, including roads, buildings, and infrastructure projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the excavator while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, specifically excavators, to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as required.
- Safely load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or other attachments.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with groundworkers and surveyors to ensure accurate digging and grading.
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep track of fuel consumption and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with general labor duties on the construction site when not operating the excavator.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
- Good knowledge of excavation techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment in Al Buraymi or equivalent certification from another country.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position without accommodation. As such, you must have your own means of transportation to the job site. The schedule varies depending on project needs but typically consists of 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Some weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1200$. A free visa and ticket will also be provided by our company.
