Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Khasab, Oman
As a Land Surveyor in this contract position, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features and boundaries. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to use advanced surveying equipment and software. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications. This position is based in Khasab, Oman but we welcome candidates from Pakistan or Egypt who have experience in land surveying. This is an English-speaking job with visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours
- Utilizing advanced surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyzing data from surveys to create maps, diagrams, and other visual representations
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on land
- Communicating with construction teams to provide guidance on land features during the building process
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Ability to interpret maps, diagrams, and other visual representations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on contract projects is preferred
