We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Ashdod. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and systems on residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure safe and efficient installation processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Valid work visa or citizenship in Israel
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Prior experience working with renewable energy systems is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other equipment according to technical specifications
- Conduct quality checks on installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance processes
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate with project managers and engineers regarding progress updates and any potential challenges
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
