Entry-Level Florist


We are a floral design company based in Malindi, Kenya looking for an entry-level florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client specifications
- Source and purchase flowers and materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Prepare and package arrangements for delivery or pickup
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi, Kenya.

Preference:
This position is suitable for men who are Kenyan nationals or have the right to work in Kenya without sponsorship. English language skills are not required.
