Sales Manager - Sofia, Bulgaria (Contract with Accommodation)

We are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to relocate to Sofia.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential new markets or products
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with commission based on performance. In addition, accommodation will be provided during the contract period.
