Restaurant Manager
We are a well-established restaurant located in Alta, seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health codes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Alta (without accommodation)
