Team Lead - Operations


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Dickirch. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the team
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for development
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions under pressure
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision making
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with Filipinos or other nationalities
- Previous experience working as part of an international team
