We are a bustling restaurant located in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva, seeking a skilled and creative Indian Pastry Chef to join our team. As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our dessert menu with an Indian twist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian-inspired desserts
- Develop new and unique dessert recipes that showcase traditional flavors and ingredients
- Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and ingredients
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative flair for design and presentation
- Strong leadership skills
Salary: $1600 per month
City: Beer-Sheva, Israel (candidate must be willing to relocate)
