Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure software applications and hardware components
- Maintain computer systems by performing regular updates and maintenance tasks
- Train users on new software or hardware features
- Document all support activities in detail
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems (hardware, software, networks)
- Experience with troubleshooting common computer issues
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility in working hours

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certification(s) in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
