Junior Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Oslo! As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our company's web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our website and provide a seamless user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable back-end solutions
- Write clean, well-documented code that meets industry standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing
- Continuously optimize application performance and user experience
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose new ideas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL)
- Knowledge of web development frameworks like Django or Spring Boot is a plus
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
