Job Title: Architectural Designer - Oslo, Norway
We are in search of a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that all designs meet the necessary standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and 3D models using specialized software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for proposed projects
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary:
