Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. This position is suitable for recent graduates looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and correctly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Check on customer satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400 USD per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
Os, Norway. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
