As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Conduct thorough investigations of claims by interviewing witnesses and inspecting property damage
- Evaluate damages to determine the appropriate amount of compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Prepare detailed reports on investigations and findings
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures

Salary:
