Loader Supervisor

City: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Salary: $1300 per month



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor for our company located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising teams of loaders and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of goods onto trucks or other modes of transportation. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics and transportation, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise a team of loaders to ensure efficient loading processes
- Coordinate with truck drivers to schedule loading and unloading activities
- Ensure that all goods are properly loaded and secured
- Monitor loading operations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to management
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff for restocking needs
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and complete necessary paperwork
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to loading activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation industry, preferably as a loader supervisor
- Knowledge of safety regulations in handling goods and operating equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions
