Personal Trainer


We are in search of a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to develop personalized fitness plans that cater to their individual needs and goals. You will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, providing guidance and support during workouts, and tracking client progress. This role requires someone with a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' physical abilities, health goals, and any potential limitations or injuries.
- Develop personalized fitness plans that align with clients' goals and abilities.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance during workouts.
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in fitness training.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Must have own visa status or eligibility to work in Norway without sponsorship.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
