Teamlead for Operations in Clairvaux, France
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our operations team in Clairvaux, France. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our operations team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from team members or clients
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role within operations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 USD per month.
