We are hiring a Concierge to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation
- Arrange transportation for guests, including booking taxis or providing driving directions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for arrival
- Handle guest requests for special amenities or services, such as room upgrades or restaurant reservations
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area, including restocking brochures and informational materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
