Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our design team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and models, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Prepare project specifications and materials lists
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all necessary standards
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Herzliya, Israel. We welcome applications from all nationalities; however, proficiency in English is preferred.
