We are a leading architectural firm based in Herzliya, Israel and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of building projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create construction drawings
- Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and make necessary revisions
- Assist in preparing project proposals and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent role, so we prefer candidates who already have their own visa for working in Israel.
