Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, ranging from residential buildings to commercial complexes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to develop design concepts and plans that meet their requirements and budget
- Utilize advanced software programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information, take measurements, and assess any potential challenges or limitations
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and material selections for building permits and construction teams
- Monitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure all designs comply with standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and technical aspects of architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

This is a full-time position based in Sheduva. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to speak English fluently.
