We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology operations in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, as well as leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- Oversee all technology operations, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Ensure the security of company data and systems
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in the technology industry
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage the budget for IT projects and equipment
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure efficiency, functionality, and security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve effectively

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
