Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. Your main duties will include developing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and overseeing the pastry team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Develop new recipes while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee the pastry team, providing guidance and training when necessary.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus.
- Monitor food costs and work towards maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry offerings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, baking techniques, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction when needed.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
