Job Title: IT Support Specialist

A fast-growing IT consulting firm in Dickirch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer support and troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$. English language proficiency is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop new technology solutions for clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own visa for working in Dickirch without accommodation required
