Carpenter - Residential Construction


As a Carpenter in our residential construction company based in Washington, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures on properties. Your expertise in carpentry will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints or instructions
- Assemble and install structures such as floors, walls, roofs, windows, and doors
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Install cabinets, shelving, and other interior fixtures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure work area is clean and free of hazards at all times
- Collaborate with other contractors and team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Washington but may require travel to different project sites within the city.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
