Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in the steel manufacturing industry. Your main duties will include monitoring furnace operations, adjusting controls as needed, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. You will also be responsible for loading materials into the furnace, maintaining proper temperatures and gas levels, and monitoring the flow of materials through the furnace. Additionally, you may be required to perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with the cleaning and repair of equipment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of furnace operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required. However, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and should possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for all employees. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
