As a concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and city
- Assist guests with booking reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the lobby area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback surveys and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
