Job Title: Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from planning and design to construction and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1800$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (accommodation not provided)
