Architecture Manager for International Firm in Dickirch, Luxembourg



We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our international team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and development for our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to translate project needs into architectural solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and local regulations
- Review and approve design proposals, construction documents, and other project deliverables
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion within budget
- Mentor and train junior architects to develop their skills and abilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards success
