Facade Engineer

As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and construction of building facades. This includes analyzing project requirements, selecting suitable materials, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the installation process. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure that the facade meets aesthetic, functional, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys and assessing project requirements
- Developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings
- Selecting appropriate materials based on project specifications
- Calculating structural stability and resistance to weather conditions
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate the facade design with overall building plans
- Managing budgets and timelines for facade construction projects
- Conducting quality control inspections during installation process
- Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or defects during construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design or construction
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facades
- Strong analytical skills for assessing structural stability and weather resistance of materials
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds

Location: Utena (or remote work for exceptional candidates)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
