Milling Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma, India. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and no accommodation will be provided. We offer free visa and ticket for eligible candidates. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tool selection
- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating milling machines
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining principles and methods
- Familiarity with different types of metalworking materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training in machining or related field
- Experience with CNC milling machines is a plus
