Data Mining Analyst

Our company is a leading data analytics firm, and we are seeking a highly skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our team. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced data mining techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
- Develop algorithms and models to analyze trends and patterns in data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data mining technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in data mining tools such as SQL, R, Python or SAS
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in data analysis or business intelligence is a plus

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
