Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to assist in the design and development of various architectural projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Indian applicant looking to gain experience in the field and receive visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior designers to assist in the development of architectural concepts and designs
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare presentations for clients to showcase design proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as an architectural designer or intern
- Knowledge of Indian architectural styles, materials, and construction methods
- Experience with project management software such as Revit or BIM360
