Architectural Designer (Contract)

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions for various architectural projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that designs meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and a biometric passport is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance in designs
- Attend site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or team members
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting designs to clients
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities

Location: Acre, Israel
Salary: $1300 per month
