Plumber Supervisor

We are a reputable plumbing company based in Ashdod, seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of plumbers and ensuring that all plumbing projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules and budgets, ordering materials, and communicating with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a plumber
- Previous supervisory experience in the plumbing industry
- Proficient in English and Arabic (Egyptian dialect preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all plumbing projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Order materials needed for each project
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of installations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship
- Train new employees on company procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Adhere to all safety regulations
