We are a leading manufacturing company in Bungoma, Kenya seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues that may arise
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications
- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
- Comply with company policies and regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working as a factory machine operator preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical manuals
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
