Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Nizwa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have own valid visa for employment
