Concierge Specialist


As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, residents, and visitors of our luxury property. You will serve as the face of our establishment and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes for guests
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Handle guest complaints or issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and property
- Assist residents with package deliveries or other requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Familiarity with local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Relocation assistance is not provided.
