Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Kaunas



We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Kaunas. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences and interests
- Arrange special services such as spa appointments or event tickets

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A positive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys providing exceptional service.
